 Senior Project Manager

Senior Project / Operations Manager, Taren Point you will be responsible for delivering multiple full project lifecycle new commercial and fitout concrete projects from $200K-$2m on time and within budget. You will be working for an Australian Flooring market leader who has build an impressive list of leading Australian Retailers, Supermarkets and Commercial companies.

Salary / Work 

• $140K-$200k depends on experience 
• Fully Maintained Vehicle
• Tolls and Fuel Card 

Deliver high quality safe profitable flooring projects on time and within budget

• Lead cross functional team to deliver multiple profitable projects simultaneously
• Plan, schedule, resource allocation, and quality control
• Build strong and profitable client , supplier and team relationships
• Improve systems and processes to eliminate task duplication 
• Ensure all variations are approved and paid for by the client
• Keep up to date and accurate records 
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators, identifying and addressing any issues or risks
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations

Qualifications / Experience 

• 5+ years construction / fitout project management
• Tertiary qualifications in construction management, engineering, or a related field
• Full Australian Working Rights
