Field Service Technician 

Sydney Industrial Electrician or Control Systems Engineer to provide remote and on-site support to the Sydney customers of global automation OEM across Greater. Sydney. The ideal job if you want to continue to develop and apply your Electrical, PLC / SCADA skills.

Salary / Work Conditions 

• From $105K+ Super
• 14% Super 
• Fully maintained car
• up to 15% company bonus
• Paid on- call allowances 
• Min 4 hour call outs at OT rates 
• Flexible Working 

 Key Tasks 

• Identify and quickly resolve Electrical / PLC and Hardware faults 
• Provide On- Site and Remote Customer Support
• Ideally write Ladder / Function Block
• Install, Test, Commission, Optimise and maintain software and hardware
• Identify root causes and report systemic software / hardware faults
• Provide  technical  assistance  to  the sales  and  customer support team 
• Sense of urgency to generate new project opportunities
• Write functional specs, operation reports and training manuals 

Educations/ Qualifications

• Trade Qualified Electrician or Degree in Electrical Engineering  
• 5 years exp as an industrial automation service technician 
• Strong PLC, HMI, and SCADA system 
• PLC Allen Bradley, Siemens or Omron 
• Full Australian Working Rights 
• Must have qualifications recognised in Australia
